Customer Care Officer (Nguyen Dinh Chieu, An Phu, Tran Nao, Go Vap, Phu Lam)

Responsibilities

    Course Administration
    Other tasks are included for CCO who is in charge of Inventory:
    - Prepare and maintain class folders
    - Manage class information
    - Update parents/ students with course progress
    - Input results
    - Prepare letters/certificates


    Exam organisation
    - Suggest students for Cambridge exam
    - Organise revision
    - Support students on the exam date at ILA or at the location arranged by Department of English Training (DoET)
    - Inform students of results


    Materials management
    - Check and update teaching resources such as speaking cards, tests
    - Prepare materials for students
    - Prepare materials inventory


    Classroom management
    - Room arrangement
    - Change or book room as requested


    Customer Service
    - Support with organising events/ activities for students
    - Handle students’ requests/ complaints on a daily basis


    Re-enrolment
    - Visit class for reservation deadline
    - Handle telesales for class re-enrolment
    - Follow up with students’ re-enrolment


    Quarterly forecast:
    - Prepare based on PR-Inventory Management and get verification from DM
    - Input to inventory database and get approval from CM


    Monthly order:
    - Prepare and get approval from CM/DM
    - Follow up with ADM/HO on receiving


    Delivery to customers:
    - Prepare based on no. of students and classes opening
    - Deliver to FO and TSC upon request
    - Deliver directly to customers when needed


    Inventory management:
    - Manage and make sure the stock in good condition and well-arranged
    - Prepare monthly report and input in database
    - Conduct inventory checking under supervision of DM/CCS


    Other tasks assigned by DM



Requirements

    - Undergraduate, qualifications in English and education are preferred
    - Experience working in customer service or administration in foreign invested companies.
    Ownership
    - Communication skill
    - Problem solving skill
    - Good communication in both English and Vietnamese (at least Pre-intermediate 4 level)
    - Familiar with MS Office
    - Be able to work on shift
