Department Manager - The Overseas Study Centre

Responsibilities

     Conduct training and do assessment on product knowledge of the counsellor team
     Overall daily manage the department activities
     Monitor, follow up and achieve the sales target
     Build up the working relationship with school partners 
     Do the department budget on schedule
     Control the department cost at the minimum 
     Observe and monitor consultation quality of the counsellor team
     Coach and give advice to staff in evaluation of potential customers 
     Approve for contracts signed and other related documents
     Check and approve for student visa application before sending to Consulate General
     Assess students for visa interview
     Coach and support staff to solve problems or solve problems when necessary
     Get to know and update overseas study market, competitors and other related education organizations frequently
     Search for suitable products to meet market demand
     Suggest marketing plan and cooperate strictly with the Marketing team to use the budget effectively
     Attend seminar, training, meeting and related events
     Conduct parent meeting for summer course program
     Monitor department filling system both hard and soft copy and make sure it in good order
     Generate all requested reports
     Build up and expand supporter network
     Follow up and make sure agreement in valid for operation
     Understand clearly commission scheme of all schools and support staff to follow up commission with schools when necessary
     Make sure the OSC sys and all reports filled in adequate information timely
     Cooperate with other OSC offices for the summer course and overall manage all logistic of it
     Cooperate and follow up with relevant departments on the OSC issues to get them done
     Make sure the OSC office neat and tidy, including working area of counsellors, administration, supervisors and general areas
     Support HOSC on assigned tasks
