Educational Planner (telesales)
- To approach, contact new customers by phone in order to introduce products.
- Managing, tracking and following up on new customers by calling them.
- To advise customers about their concerning on the product and service.
- To coordinate with Sales and Care team in improving the performance of the team especially in account management and customer satisfaction.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process telesales orders in an accurate manner.

- Fresh College/University graduated is an advantage

- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Strong tele-sales and customer service focus
- Fluent in Vietnamese; English fluency is an advantage
- Familiar with MS Office
- Age range: 21 to 30
