Educational Planner (telesales)


    • To approach, contact new customers by phone in order to introduce products.
    • Managing, tracking and following up on new customers by calling them.
    • To advise customers about their concerning on the product and service.
    • To coordinate with Sales and Care team in improving the performance of the team especially in account management and customer satisfaction.
    • Enter and update customer information in the database.
    • Take and process telesales orders in an accurate manner.


    • Sales orientation
    • Fresh College/University graduated is an advantage
    • Passionate in career development career 
    • A polite and friendly manner (being rude never gets you anywhere)
    • A positive attitude and the ability to think on your feet
    • Good communication and persuasion skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills 
    • Team player, interacts well with people
    • Strong tele-sales and customer service focus
    • Fluent in Vietnamese; English fluency is an advantage
    • Familiar with MS Office

    • Age range: 21 to 30
    • Well presented
    • Enthusiastic, professional and well-organized
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team 
    • Available for shift working
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Outgoing personality and self motivated
