Expat Recruitment Administration Officer

Responsibilities

    • Support on monitoring all expat recruitment processes and giving initiatives to improve processes
    • Give initiatives and implement approved initiatives of operations improvement
    • Prepare and monitor all reports to show the figures of demand vs supply, recruiter performance, sourcing performance
    • Administrate all expat recruitment systems such as ERP, BI
    • Support with administration tasks of branding activities, account payments, partner contract and management
    • Other recruitment activities as requested


Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree
    • Already at the same position with at least 1 year experience in operations/ administration & recruitment and selection management
    • Multinational organization experience preferred (in the education, consumer or financial industry is a plus)
    • Proficient in recruitment best practice, Vietnamese labour code
    • Analysis skills
    • Computer skill (excel, word, PowerPoint)
    • HR system knowledge
    • Critical thinking
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Work independently and as a member of a team
    • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
    • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
