Expat Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities

    • Support Expat Recruitment Executive, Expat Recruitment Manager, and Regional Operations Heads to identify staffing needs & selection criteria
    • Source potential candidates through different channels including online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) & offline channels (e.g. job fairs & recruitment events)
    • Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews and performing reference checks to ensure supplying teachers according to the teacher demands in the assigned regions
    • Support for the employer branding initiatives in the region in accordance to Employer Branding framework and campaign designed at HO
    • Contribute ideas for improving recruitment and make recommendations to academic managers
    • Other recruitment activities as requested


Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree
    • Already at the same position with at least 1 year experience in recruitment and selection management
    • Multinational organization experience preferred (in the education, consumer or financial industry is a plus)
    • Proficient in recruitment best practice, Vietnamese labour code
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate in a professional manner
    • High flexibility and ability to manage recruitment function
    • Strong leadership skills and cross cultural understanding
    • Good presentation and persuasive skills
