Kindergarten Marketing Supervisor

Responsibilities

    Trade (60%)
    • Formulate and implement trade/marketing strategies
    • Execute all trade and promotional activities, events for schools
    • Manage advertising and promotion budget per school
    • Provide market analysis information pertaining to competitors, trends and activities 
    • Cross department interact 
    • Coordinate with HO for country event management
    • Provide raw content per HO instruction
    • Oversee all POS programs
    • Work under the overall plan and also the bridge between marketing function and school managers
    Brand (40%)
    • Be responsible for brand building, liaising with agencies, production of in-house promotional materials and publications, preparing press releases, organizing promotional activities
    • Understand market and customer
    • Prepare brand plan-marketing, quarterly promotional strategy-input finalization and input implementation plan
    • Brand sales analyze and follow up for strategy implementation
    • Ensure brand profitability
    • Pilot the innovations and creating new indications and expanding markets
    • Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement
    • Be accountable for brand’s performance & working closely with sales team


Requirements

    Qualifications
    • University degree in Economics, Marketing or Business Management
    • Knowledge of basic brand management, advertising, media industry
    • At least 2 years experience at the same position in foreign invested company (education industry is preferable)
