Job Description

Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

    - Manage & execute the digital strategy plan with multi vendors/agencies.
    - Conduct in-depth standard and custom ad effectiveness studies for Facebook & Google advertisers
    - Be actively involved in SEO and SEM efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
    - Experience with Email Channel and digital marketing data points and benchmarks, such as the Cost-per-Click (CPC), Cost-per-Install (CPI), Click-Through-Rate (CTR), Return on Investment (ROI)
    - Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
    - Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
    - Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics 360, Adobe SiteCatalyst etc.)
    - Analyze customer behavior for site traffic, page performance, click navigation, purchase conversion and shopping pattern to drive sales in virtual shopping environments.


              Requirements

                - At least 5 years experience in digital marketing, prefer to have experience in E-Commerce or Service.
                - Experience with Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Facebook Analytics, HubSpot... 
                - Working knowledge of ad serving tools when working with agencies and experience in running the campaign to take leads and customer interaction with the budget from 500 millions dong.
                - Google/Facebook certification is a plus
                - Analytical & positive mindset and critical thinking
                - Good communication, management and interpersonal skills
                - Detail oriented, fast learner
                - BA in marketing or relevant field
                - Fluent in English
