Talent Acquisition Executive

Responsibilities

    Job Purpose:
    - Implement operations of recruitment function of Human Resources Department
    - Provide strategic inputs to develop qualified sources to meet recruitment need at all levels.
    - Control recruitment cost effectively

    Responsibilities:
    1.Recruitment order processing:
    - Review and verify recruitment orders from department
    - Publish vacant positions through internal/external channels.

    2. Selection process:
    - Shortlist applicants from internal/external sources
    - Organize placement tests
    - Arrange and conduct interviews
    - Check references
    - Get approvals based on non-financial LOA
    - Offer employment to qualified candidates
    - Produce confirmations of employment for Vietnamese staff
    -  Get confirmation of employment signed by the company representatives and qualified candidates

    3. Induction and/or probation
     Conduct induction programm to new starters
    - Facilitate new starters into the system during probation
    - Arrange working preparation for new hires: tools of works
    - Conduct probation evaluation
    - Confirm probation status to the new starter


    4. Others:
    -  Assist RM to forecast and plan recruitment requirements in line with functional and business strategy
    - Provide resourcing strategic inputs for the company
    -  Effectively utilise and negotiate the services of executive search firms or employment agencies
    -  Execute and monitor recruitment and selection budget and resources of the company


Requirements

    Qualifications

    Bachelors Degree from an accredited University

    Already at the same position with at least 2 years experience in recruitment and selection management

    Multinational organization experience preferred (in the education, consumer or financial industry is a plus)

    Proficient in recruitment best practice, Vietnamese labour code

     

    Skills

    Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate at     executive level and above in a professional manner

    High flexibility and ability to manage recruitment function

    Strong leadership skills and cross cultural understanding

    Good presentation and persuasive skill
