Job Description

Telemarketing Manager (Outbound)

Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with Head of Sales to establish appointment, shows and sales goals
    • Develop, implement and train on scripts for use by telemarketing team.
    • Collaborate with CRM Manager to optimize telemarketing system and build telemarketing campaign processes.
    • Select, recruit and hire team leaders and telemarketers
    • Train daily and weekly team leaders and .telemarketers
    • Oversee the daily workflow and scheduling of telemarketing staff.
    • Monitor, record, listen and review phone calls to ensure quality service, compliance with applicable policies, best practice sharing and target achievement.
    • Train, coach and help the team hit their KPI (call numbers, talk times, qualified leads generated, appointments and center shows, sales revenues).
    • Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly qualified leads, appointments, shows and sales reports.
    • Capacity to handle high stress level and perform to achieve challenging targets
    • Resolve customer complaints and grievances.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Requirements

    • At least three years of telemarketing team leader/ manager experience required.
    • Proven achievement of relevant and measurable results in this position
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to efficiently recruit, train, motivate and manage a team.
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills and attention to detail.
    • Good communication in English and Vietnamese
    • Familiar with MS Office and CRM system
