Trade Marketing Supervisor

Responsibilities

    - Leading and supervising team Trade Marketing for activities in area by National Activation Manager's strategy such as:
    • Activation
    • Promotion
    • Channel development
    Manage a team of Trade Marketing to facilitate and maximize benefits of all activities for centers to achieve team's KPI.
    Planning/Tracking/Reporting in line with Trade Marketing Manager about budget for all activities
    Optimize all executive at best performance
    Balance local sales’s requirement with brand/event activation strategy.
    Coordinate with centres for events management.
    Oversee all POS programs.


Requirements

    Qualifications:
    - University degree in Economics, Marketing or Business Management.
    - Knowledge of basic brand management, advertising, media industry.
    - At least 2 years experience at the same position in foreign invested company
    - Experience in marketing for customers, Trade Marketing. 

    Skills:
    - Good ownership & leadership
    Good communication skills
    Young and dynamic to run events and adapt to the fast change.
    Strong event organisation experience to plan and execute event in centre.
    Social media knowledge.
    Logical thinking and smart.
    Willing to travel between centres

    Language: English Fluently

    Computer: Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, Powerpoint…
