Admission Officer ( Overseas Study Centre)

Responsibilities

    • Provide students with information about admission process and answer any questions they have
    • Review student applications, including their test scores, grades, and extracurricular activities
    • Assist in recruiting new students by overseeing promotional events and campus tours
    • Examine the current admission process and recommend changes when necessary
    • Process paperwork for accepted students
    • Update and maintain a database of students’ information
    • Refer students to program manager or the financial department for specific information
    • Guide students through the application and acceptance process



Requirements

    • Have Bachelor's degree majoring in economics, business, marketing, communication, foreign languages...
    • At least 01 year of experience in relevant
    • Must have attention to detail and be highly organized
    • Must be comfortable working with large databases and doing most daily work on computer
    • Professional email and phone communication is required
