Overseas Study Centre Manager


    High level responsibilities – including but limited to the following

    Responsible for center sales, operations and financial performance 

    Monitoring, following up to drive center’s team to deliver sales targets

    Ensuring accuracy and quality of working of sales, admission support & visa teams to achieve and exceed departed targets, and to achieve high results of customer satisfaction rate and NPS score, for future business opportunities

    Handling difficult customers and situations to minimize customers’ complaints, and to maintain win-win-win results in all cases

    Giving local market insights to Business Development Manager and Company Marketing Department

    Center Staff hiring, training/coaching & retention

    Center financial management

    Center and facility management


    University Degree

    Experience in Overseas Study area and Administration Management

    Time Management & deadline oriented

    Attention to details




    Solution Oriented

    Able to work with minimal supervision
