Senior Teaching and Learning Manager
Nathan attended Western Washington University and earned his Bachelor's degree in Psychology. He dedicated over 10 years to volunteering as a psychological counselor in the Seattle. This background served as the inspiration for Nathan to pursue an education career in Asia nearly 13 years ago. He holds a CELTA certificate, an extended Young Learners certificate to CELTA, and DELTA Module 1. Nathan has worked for ILA in various positions for over 6 years. Currently, he holds the position of Senior Teaching and Learning Manager in Ho Chi Minh City.

Teaching and Learning Manager
Tara completed her Master's degree in business management and acquired a Celta Pass A over a decade ago. She has been teaching English for 17 years and has worked as an Academic Manager for 4 years. Her years of experience working at schools, language centers and universities have prepared her for the challenges faced in an academic management role. She has lived all over Vietnam for the past 10 years and is now settled in Ho Chi Minh city.

Allen has a Bachelors Degree from an American University. Allen has completed a Cambridge CELTA, IH Certificate in Advanced Methodology and holds a TELF- Children (Advance Certificate) from Colombia College. He has been in the ELT industry for 9 years. Allen has worked at ILA since 2017 starting as a teacher, then Senior Teacher and is currently the Teaching and Learning Manager at ILA Can Tho 1&2 Centres.

Teaching and Learning Manager
Barbora has been in the ESL field for over 10 years, working in Slovakia, Morocco, Indonesia and for the past 5 years in Vietnam. She has a TESOL from Trinity College London. Barbora has worked for ILA for 5 years and is a Teaching and Learning Manager for ILA Quang Trung and ILA Nguyen Anh Thu. She holds a Master's degree in Therapy Education with a focus on art therapy. Her experience in psychology and theater has been a great asset while delving into education.

David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Management. Deciding to pursue a career in the field of education led him to move to Vietnam. He has since been working at ILA for over 7 years, starting as a teacher before moving into the role of Teaching and Learning Manager. During his time at ILA he has extended his qualifications by completing DELTA Module 1 and the Cambridge Train the Trainer course. He has worked at numerous ILA centres throughout Ho Chi Minh City and is currently based at ILA Cong Hoa, Tan Binh.

Jesse has 23 years experience in the education industry, including 13 years in textbook publishing and 10 years in Teaching English as a Second Language. He holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature, a Master's degree in Philosophy, CELTA and DELTA Module 1 qualifications, and a Cambridge speaking examiner certification. He has worked at ILA Vietnam for 9 years.

Liam started as a teacher at ILA in 2018 in Ho Chi Minh. Due to his academic excellence and strong leadership skills, he became a senior teacher and moved to ILA Da Nang in 2019. He holds a Masters in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages & Applied Linguistics as well as the Cambridge English "Train the Trainer" certificate and the International House "Director of Studies" certificate. He is currently the Teaching and Learning Manager of two centers in Ho Chi Minh and is an IELTS speaking examiner.

Georges has been involved in training and education since 1999. After graduation from Manchester Metropolitan University with a degree in Software Engineering, he moved into training and teaching web-design at 6th form college. After leaving the UK, he moved into outdoor sports training (diving, sailing, outdoorsmanship, first aid), finally taking his CELTA in 2015 and discovering a passion for teaching English. He joined ILA in the same year and has since gone on to manage 3 different centres as TLM. He currently holds Cambridge Train the Trainer certificate and is part of the DELTA coaching team and is currently pursuing a full DELTA qualification himself.

Kenyon is a TESOL & DELTA M1 certified English Language Teacher currently serving as the Teaching & Learning Manager for BD1 & 2. Before moving to Vietnam, he completed his History degree from the University of Huddersfield and worked as a Retention Specialist for the UK's largest telecommunications company - BT. In his 3 years working for ILA Vietnam, Kenyon has been a Teacher, Senior Teacher, & is now a Teaching & Learning Manager. Kenyon is passionate about delivering high quality teaching in Vietnam and promoting growth among teachers and students alike.
