Bài tập về mạo từ (có đáp án) từ cơ bản đến nâng cao

Trong tiếng Anh, mạo từ là một phần quan trọng của ngữ pháp, được sử dụng để xác định danh từ. Để sử dụng mạo từ (article) một cách chính xác, bạn cần hiểu rõ mạo từ và luyện tập kỹ năng sử dụng mạo từ qua các bài tập về mạo từ. ILA đã liệt kê các dạng bài tập tiếng Anh về mạo từ có đáp án để bạn có thể luyện tập cách sử dụng mạo từ thành thạo.

Giới thiệu về mạo từ

Mạo từ trong tiếng Anh là một phần của ngữ pháp được sử dụng để chỉ định hoặc hạn định danh từ (noun). Có hai loại mạo từ chính trong tiếng Anh: a/an (indefinite articles – mạo từ không xác định) và the (definite article – mạo từ xác định).

a. Mạo từ không xác định a và an

• A được sử dụng trước danh từ bắt đầu bằng một phụ âm.

Ví dụ:

√ a cat (một con mèo), a dog (một con chó).

• An được sử dụng trước danh từ bắt đầu bằng một nguyên âm (e, u, o, a, i).

Ví dụ:

√ an apple (một quả táo), an elephant (một con voi).

• Mạo từ không xác định a/an được sử dụng khi nói về một đối tượng không cụ thể, không được biết đến trước đó hoặc không cần thiết phải biết đến.

Ví dụ:

√ I saw a cat in the garden. (Tôi thấy một con mèo trong vườn)

→ Ở đây, “a” được sử dụng vì chúng ta không biết con mèo cụ thể nào đó.

b. Mạo từ xác định the

• The được sử dụng để chỉ định một danh từ cụ thể, nhất định, đã được biết hoặc đã được đề cập trước đó.

Ví dụ:

√ the book (quyển sách), the car (chiếc xe).

• The cat in the garden is black. (Con mèo trong vườn là màu đen)

→ Ở đây, “the” được sử dụng vì chúng ta đang nói về con mèo cụ thể đã được đề cập trước đó.

Mạo từ giúp người đọc hoặc người nghe hiểu rõ hơn về sự cụ thể hoặc không cụ thể của danh từ trong ngữ cảnh cụ thể.
